Parish Cafe, Boston MA

When I lived closer to the city and worked late nights, I regularly visited the Parish Cafe. A co-worker and I usually stopped by for a late night snack and drink, college friends visiting old stomping grounds always wanted to meet there, and the patio is a big draw on the first few warm days of spring and summer. Having great memories of Parish Cafe, I was thrilled when I was asked to photograph their menu.

Parish Cafe Boston

The concept of this Boston restaurant is pretty simple – the owner asked chefs all around the city to create a sandwich for the menu. A smorgasbord of styles and flavors from some of Boston’s best, if you will. I photographed sandwiches created by Joanne Chang of Flour, Brian Poe of the Tip Tap Room and Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, and Michael Schlow of Radius and Via Matta, just to name a few. Here are a few of my favorite shots. More can be viewed in my food photography portfolio. Thanks to Anna and the rest of the staff for their help!

Just a quick note – a few changes are being made to their sandwich menu, so some of these sandwiches may only be available as a daily special.
