Homemade apple pie did not happen
again this year. We went apple picking, and I had the best intensions of making apple pie from scratch… Annyyywwayyyyy…
With a short road trip quickly approaching and still having apples all over my kitchen, I decided apple muffins would be the perfect snack to take in the car. I’ve slowly been whipping up recipes from Béatrice Peltre’s cookbook, “La Tartine Gourmande“, and chose to make her millet, oat, and apple muffin recipe. And naturally, I just had to photograph them!
